 “BLACK SKIN WHITE MASKS”
INTRODUCTION:-

                       The first three chapters deal with the black man in modern times. She takes the contemporary black man and his attitudes in white words. So deceased some chapters.

Introduction

Ø SATAN AND SARASWATI: THE DOUBLE FACE OF ENGLISH IN INDIA.

                         In Government of India 1984. In the secondary education Hindi, Mother Tong and second language subject of compersoly.
               Policy is rule to learn English it’s compersoly but practice it not learn English because it’s less role of teacher. Teacher also not intelligent and it not to teach student perfectly.
                 In five to eight some school learn English as a subject. But teacher can’t learn well and student also not interest in the subject. Then eight stander students learn English but teacher also focus well in a Age and also a less education. And deign syllabus not interest teach. So deign syllabus not good so students not interest teach. So deign syllabus it’s also responsible to power teach English is a second language it’s Satan in this Satan in India so it’s depend to think to people.
          Student learns three languages and English was less learns so in this stage English in student to in Satan. But a longtime see it’s a role of SARASWATI also because English is a link language to world use English. English learn more impotent to the people.
      B.C.S, B.B.A, book it’s not available in Hindi so students learn English its compulsion. So this stage English role of SARASWATI. And students become success you learn English fist.
               English second language in India it’s more difficulty to the students. English being the second language to be formally learnt by all is equally disadvantageous to everyone. Introduction:
                        Robert Frost (1874-1963) who drew his image from the New England countryside and his language from New England. Frost’s poetry helped provide a link between the American poetry of the 19th century and that of 20th century see also American literature poetry.

Life:
          Robert Lee Frost was been in san Francisco , California the son of William pres colt Frost Jo of New Hampshire and Isabella Moodier of Scotland .He was commander of the confederate armies during the American civil war (1861-1865).
      Frost continued to write poetry, but he was unsuccessful at publishing his work. Forts fist success in his book of poem “A Boy’s Will” (1913) was printed by the first English publisher that Frost approached. Forts second collection “NORTH OF BOSTON” was published in 1914 and also won praise.

Work:
