Introduction
                       In India English as second language .In historical, social and education context. In India see to teach English as a not well teach English properly. English as a foreign language and also a second language in India to see the how people speak and use more in India.
                        English it’s impotent to learn and teach to achieved success but in India English second language so it’s a more difficult to teach English. Many other language they are primary and significantly. English school education introduced to a second language so student less interested in a teach English. In India context of the three language formula.
                      Let’s disuses how the role in India English as a second language and English as a Satan or a SARASWATI in India


Ø SATAN AND SARASWATI: THE DOUBLE FACE OF ENGLISH IN INDIA.

                   India English second language. English the double face in India English the confuting double role in India in policy and practice. Policy rules and rogation, English language its rule to teach in education. Practice the action rather than but not to aspect. In India multinguistic language.  In three language use National language, mother tong, and sound language.

                    When India attained freedom in 1947, the British symbols were replaced and toils of work were retained. In freedom of India there were no national language Hindi and English was the official language .And then new national Hindi or Hindustani as the national language of the new nation.

                   But India was a multilingustic  language also the India constitution do not writer national language.1950 when India become the Republic until which time English will continue to the official language along with Hindi to be used for official.

                    English as a second language and Hindi as a official language but in more use of English less then Hindi.
                  In 1963, two years before the deadline the parliament passed the official language Bill. And then Hindi its national language and English now is the associate official language of the union.
                        In India English is role of second language but in education level is a less in India in English is taught as a language for its instrumental value in schools and collage compulsorily its part of country. But student not interest in that subject in a English non-examinable subject .In stander five students not interest and not teach English well by teacher.
                         In Government of India 1984. In the secondary education Hindi, Mother Tong and second language subject of compersoly.
               Policy is rule to learn English it’s compersoly but practice it not learn English because it’s less role of teacher. Teacher also not intelligent and it not to teach student perfectly.
                 In five to eight some school learn English as a subject. But teacher can’t learn well and student also not interest in the subject. Then eight stander students learn English but teacher also focus well in a Age and also a less education. And deign syllabus not interest teach. So deign syllabus not good so students not interest teach. So deign syllabus it’s also responsible to power teach English is a second language it’s Satan in this Satan in India so it’s depend to think to people.
          Student learns three languages and English was less learns so in this stage English in student to in Satan. But a longtime see it’s a role of SARASWATI also because English is a link language to world use English. English learn more impotent to the people.
      B.C.S, B.B.A, book it’s not available in Hindi so students learn English its compulsion. So this stage English role of SARASWATI. And students become success you learn English fist.
               English second language in India it’s more difficulty to the students. English being the second language to be formally learnt by all is equally disadvantageous to everyone. In India political system in the country the demands for stabilization of the democratic system in the country the demands for equal treatment to all the major language intensified and neutral was projected as the neutral language with no regional in the country.
                When the opportunities were made constitution ally available for the lower castes in education and employment through the system of reservation power and status as it did to the higher castes earlier. Thus the perceptions of the elite and of the lower strata of the society and minorities strangely coincided about the usefulness of English for their own purposes.
              After the second world -war the stature and power of English increased internationally in the political and commercial spheres. India will have some natural advantage in world politics and commerce by officially remaining an English using country.
              The language despised as the language of SATANS by the freedom fighters came to be praised as the boon of SARASWATI the goddess of leaning in the words of RAJAJI in his later years. Who was the first Governor-General of Independent India you learn English and achieve success to help so it is more impotent to teach English?
          English had become more and more Indianite grammatically and functionally due to its use by a large. Number of people thanks to increased education, commune and journalism and the Indian English was no more foreign. It because fit for cultural expression also as the India journalists and creative writers in English demonstrated. Who chose to live in India also contributed to its becoming a native language.
                   The Implement tuition of the policy in different domes was lopsided. But the language of high education remained English. The demands for India language in education are poor students scholastically and economically. It impotent to level English its must be compulsory.
               English is used more dominantly in private sector large scale and high teach with international collaboration and is used for executive functions and technical work. If a multilingual is forced hypothetically to become a monolingual he prefers English to be that only language.
          The preference for English however is a private choice and not public platform. No political party for example has a manifesto for English though the political leader in their private life may go in for English medium the contradiction between the symbolic rejection of English in public as a symbol of national oppression and instrument acceptance of it. In private as an instrument of personal advancement.
Ø Conclusion:-
                                  In India English sometime a SATAN and some way to a SARASWATI. English as a International language so in this stage English as a SARASWTI.
                  As English different role in India.
